[Former Ch. 116, Public Assembly, Places
of, adopted 9-14-2005 by L.L. No. 2-2005, was repealed 2-13-2008 by L.L. No. 1-2008. This local law provided that places of public assembly shall be
regulated with operating permits issued under the New York State Uniform
Fire Prevention and Building Code and shall be enforced in accordance
with the provisions of Ch. 64, Building Code Administration.]
