The Property and Supplies Committee of the Borough of Economy shall
be vested with the authority and power to determine whether the surplus personal
property to be disposed of has an estimated sale value of less than $200.
If it is determined that the surplus personal property to be disposed
of does have an estimated sale value of less than $200, then, in its discretion,
the Property and Supplies Committee shall determine the proper method and
manner of disposing of the surplus personal property and shall so dispose
of the property.

The Property and Supplies Committee shall, from time to time, submit
to the Borough Council its report detailing the items of personal property
disposed of, the estimated sale value(s) thereof and the disposition thereof.
