Fire Department  — See Ch. 29.
Emergency water use — See Ch. 193, Art. II.
The Town Council may provide for the operation, maintenance and installation of fire hydrants in the Town or in any part or parts thereof.
The Council may establish rules and regulations necessary to effectively carry out the purpose of this chapter and may designate the Town Manager to act in its behalf and for the Town in order to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
