There is hereby established a Flood and Erosion
Control Board.
The Flood and Erosion Control Board shall consist
of the Town Council of West Hartford, as permitted by C.G.S. § 25-84(a),
and shall use as alternates the alternates appointed by the Town Council
for zoning matters.

The Flood and Erosion Control Board may exercise
all powers which are authorized by the provisions of C.G.S. §§ 25-85
through 25-98, inclusive.
