The playing of games of bingo is hereby allowed under the provisions
of C.G.S. §§ 7-169 to 7-169c.
This Article shall be effective from September 15, 1973, to September
14, 1974, and shall be effective thereafter following a favorable vote of
the West Hartford Town Council in the period from September 1, 1973, to August
31, 1974.[1]

Editor's Note: A resolution adopted 7-16-1974 reaffirmed the provisions
of C.G.S. §§ 7-169 through 7-169b (now 7-169c). Said resolution
further provided: "Said reaffirmation will allow the playing of such games
indefinitely hereafter or until an ordinance is passed repealing the same."

Pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-171, the operation of bazaars and raffles
is hereby allowed under the provisions of C.G.S. §§ 7-170 to
7-186.
