A. 
Whenever a single person, including, but not limited to, a partnership, corporation or association owns more than a combined total of five single-family and/or multifamily residences within 1/2 square mile, the addresses of such residences shall be provided to the Director of Health and shall be posted in the office of the Town Clerk.
B. 
Whenever a single person, including, but not limited to, a partnership, corporation or association owns more than a combined total of 10 single-family and/or multifamily residences within 1/2 square mile, in addition to notification of the Director of Health and posting as provided in Subsection A, the other owners of property within the same one-half-square-mile area will be notified by mail of such ownership.
Whenever a person, including, but not limited to, a partnership, corporation or association receives five or more notices of violations of the provisions of Chapter 105 of the Town Code of Ordinances within a twenty-four-month period, the Director of Health shall cause that person's name to be posted in the Town Clerk's office.
The Town's Director of Health shall promptly exercise his or her powers pursuant to the provisions of § 105-55 of the West Hartford Code of Ordinances to make all necessary repairs to properties where violations have not been corrected by the property owner despite notice to do so.
