All regulations duly made by the traffic authority
of the Town shall be in writing and shall be kept by said authority
on file at police headquarters in a book provided for such purpose.
The Town traffic authority shall, within 24
hours of the making of any regulation, file a copy of such regulation
with the Town Clerk, who shall keep same in the Clerk's office in
a book provided for such purpose.
All traffic regulations and all traffic signs,
signals, markings and other devices in existence and in place on the
date of adoption of this chapter and not inconsistent with this chapter
are hereby confirmed, ratified and continued in full force and effect
until changed as provided by law.
