The Township of Harrison shall participate in and be a part of the district
of the Gloucester County Utilities Authority in the area shown on a plat prepared
by the Harrison Township Engineer, Robert C. DuBois, P.E., dated August 26,
1988, entitled "Gloucester County Utilities Authority Service Area" which
is on file with the Clerk of the Township of Harrison.
