No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged an apparatus commonly
known as a "paintball gun or device" in and about any public property. Any
discharge of a paintball gun or device in or about a private property within
the Township shall be performed only with the consent of the property owner
and in a manner as to ensure that the paintball is confined to the limits
of the private property where discharged.
