Township of Washington, NJ Article II One- and Two-Family Dwellings

§ 179-30 Adoption of code. [1]

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 49:5-1 et seq., a certain document marked and designated as the "One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code," adopted and modified by the State of New Jersey, as published by the nationally recognized model code groups, is hereby adopted as the One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code of the Township of Washington, Gloucester County, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided.

§ 179-31 Incorporation by reference.

Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, adopted and modified by the State of New Jersey, are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this section.

§ 179-32 Copies on file for public use.

Three copies of the One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, adopted herein, have been placed on file in the office of the Construction Official for the examination and use of the public.

§ 179-33 Violations and penalties.

Violations of the provisions of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
