Wherever in an ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds of the City
of Albany it is provided that such bonds shall be signed by the Mayor of the
City, the placing on such bonds of the facsimile signature of the Mayor shall
be deemed compliance with the provision of such ordinance requiring that such
bonds be signed by the Mayor.
Wherever in an ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds of the City
of Albany it is provided that such bonds shall have affixed thereon the Seal
of the City of Albany, the imprinting thereon of a facsimile Seal of the City
shall be deemed compliance with such provision.
