Unless otherwise specifically provided for in any
chapter of the Code of the Village of Ocean Beach, any person committing
an offense against any provision of the Code of the Village of Ocean
Beach shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation punishable
by a fine not exceeding $2,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding
15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Unless otherwise indicated within a chapter of the
Code of the Village of Ocean Beach, the continuation of any offense
against the provisions of this Code shall constitute, for each day
the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense.
