[During the process of codification, and prior to the adoption of the local law appearing as Article I of this chapter, certain amendments to existing resolutions, ordinances and local laws of the village and certain new local laws were adopted by the Board of Trustees for inclusion in the Code of the Village of Ocean Beach. Such amendments and new enactments are noted in the histories of individual chapters by the phrase ". . . amended (added) during codification; see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Article III." During the course of normal supplementation, specific dates of amendment (adoption) will be inserted where pertinent in the text of the various chapters.
