Village of Webster, NY Chapter 33 Business Improvement District

§ 33-1 District established.

The Business Improvement District is established in accordance with General Municipal Law, Article 19-A, § 980.

§ 33-2 Amendments or extensions. [1]

Any amendments or extensions of any proposed Business Improvement District must be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in General Municipal Law Article 19-A.

§ 33-3 Extension of district.

[Added 11-11-2010 by L.L. No. 4-2010]

A. This section is adopted and the establishment or extension of the Business Improvement District is hereby approved.

B. The boundaries of the Business Improvement District shall be those as are set forth on the attached map.[1]

C. The improvements and services of the Business Improvement District shall be those as are set forth in the latest district plan previously adopted and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.

D. This section shall become effective upon compliance with General Municipal Law § 980-g.
