Village of Webster, NY Article III Merry-Go-Rounds and Other Rides

§ 75-7 License required. [1]

No person, persons or corporation shall carry on, conduct or operate, for money or hire, within the Village of Webster, New York, a merry-go-round, amusements, rides and any mechanical rides without having obtained a license issued by the Code Enforcement Officer and countersigned by the Village Clerk therefor, and it shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporation to carry on, conduct or operate for money or hire within said Village a merry-go-round, amusements, rides and any mechanical rides without first having obtained license therefor.

§ 75-8 Fee.

The fee for such license shall be set from time to time by the Village Board.[1]

§ 75-9 Penalties for offenses.

Any person, persons or corporation violating this article shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $250 or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both.
