No residential property owner shall cause or
permit the erection or placement of ladders, scaffolding, staging
or the like on a residential structure for a period longer than 90
days, provided such property owner may extend the initial period for
an additional 30 days with the written permission of the Town Building
Inspector.
Any violation shall result in a fine of $25
for each and every day of violation.
