Every person, pursuant to §§ 60.22 and 60.66, Wis. Stats., and this chapter, who uses the Town of Fulton parks for recreational activities and recreational purposes shall seek and obtain a Town park permit from the Town of Fulton. The permit fee shall be established by the Town Board of the Town of Fulton. The permit shall be issued by the Town Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Fulton prior to any person using the Town of Fulton parks for recreational activities or recreational purposes.
The application and permit shall designate the park in the Town of Fulton where the person requests permitted use. The permit may not be amended if the person desires to use another park in the Town of Fulton. The permit is not transferable from one person to another. The application shall include:
A. 
The name of the applicant.
B. 
The address of the applicant.
C. 
The residential and business telephone number of the applicant, if any.
D. 
The age of the applicant.
E. 
The application date.
F. 
The date of the requested permit.
G. 
The area of the park desired for recreational uses.
H. 
The desired area of the park desired for an overnight lodging/parking or warming house, if any.
I. 
The size of any group, if a group application.
J. 
The time for the commencement of the recreational use and the time for the termination of the recreational use.
A. 
The persons subject to this chapter shall comply with §§ 60.10, 60.22 and 60.66, Wis. Stats., and this chapter.
B. 
The Town Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Fulton shall provide copies of this chapter at no cost to any applicant requesting copies under this chapter.
C. 
The applicant and any other person subject to this chapter shall comply as follows. No person shall be issued or reissued a park permit in the Town of Fulton if the application or permittee fails to:
(1) 
Meet and comply with the rules of behavior and conduct code established for Town of Fulton parks by the Town Board of the Town of Fulton.
(2) 
Meet and comply with rules of behavior and conduct code established by the Town of Fulton Park Commission and approved by the Town Board of the Town of Fulton.
