The Fire Department protecting and operating
for the benefit of the Village of Shorewood shall be the North Shore
Fire Department. The management, operation and regulation of the North
Shore Fire Department shall be established by the Board of Directors
of said Department.
The term "Fire Department" as used within this
Code shall mean the North Shore Fire Department, and the term "Fire
Chief" or "Chief of the Fire Department" shall mean the Chief of the
North Shore Fire Department or the Chief's designees.
