Editor's Note: Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). Ordinance No. 1917 had also provided that all references in the Village Code to the Department of Community Development be replaced with "Department of Inspection and Zoning Services" and that all references to the Director of Community Development be replaced with "Building Inspector." The title "Department of Inspection and Zoning Services" was amended to "Planning and Development Department" at time of of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I).
The Planning and Development Department is created. The head of this Department shall be the Planning and Zoning Administrator. The Village Manager shall appoint the Planning and Zoning Administrator.
The Planning and Zoning Administrator shall have such duties as are required under the general ordinances of the Village of Shorewood and as assigned by the Village Manager.
