The applicable rates and rules for customers
receiving water service from the Village of Shorewood Water Utility
shall be those rates and rules as authorized by the most recent rate
order issued by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW)
and as adopted by Village resolution.
Any person aggrieved by the rates, rules and
regulations established by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
may appeal to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin in accordance
with the procedures established by the PSCW.
