Village of Island Park, NY Article V Disorderly and Noisy Conduct

§ 403-10 Prohibited conduct.

No person or persons shall indulge in disorderly, noisy or riotous conduct within the Village of Island Park, or disturb the peace and quiet of said Village or any meeting or assembly therein.

§ 403-11 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person committing an offense against this article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
