No person or persons shall disrobe in vehicles or commit any lewd, wanton, indecent, immodest, obscene, or filthy act or be guilty of any lewd, wanton, indecent, immodest, obscene or filthy gesture or conduct in any street, highway or public place in the Village of Island Park.
No person or persons shall loiter or appear upon any of the streets, highways, boardwalk, stores, or other public places within the Village, except the beach or some direct route to the beach when such person or persons do not loiter, or upon any conveyances of any nature or description thereon, when attired in a bathing suit or other like apparel, unless such person or persons shall wear outside and over such bathing suit or apparel a bathrobe, cloak or other garment which shall extend downward at least to a point six inches below the knee and which shall be buttoned so as to fully enclose the person, or when otherwise improperly attired.
Any person committing an offense against this article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
