It shall be unlawful for any person to disrobe
for the purpose of bathing or swimming, except under the shelter of
a house, tent or shed, reasonably protected from observation of the
public.
Any person committing an offense against this
article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding
$250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each
offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
