For the purposes of this chapter, the Incorporated
Village of Sea Cliff is hereby divided into six districts, as follows:

Residence C District

Residence D District
|

Business A District
|
|
Business B District
|
The boundaries of said districts shall be shown
upon a map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which map
is entitled "Official Zoning District Map of the Incorporated Village
of Sea Cliff, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York."[1] The notations, references and other things shown thereon
shall be as much a part of this chapter as if the matters and things
shown on said map were all fully described herein.

A Table of Zoning Regulations, listing zoning requirements for each district in summary form, is included at the end of this chapter for quick reference. The actual requirements as set forth at length herein shall be controlling in any case of conflict with the table, and such requirements should be consulted for a full understanding of the zoning regulations imposed by this chapter.
