The Town of Moreau may require any person undertaking
land development activities regulated by this law to pay reasonable
costs at prevailing rates for review of SPPPs, inspections or SMP
maintenance performed by the Town of Moreau or performed by a third
party for the Town of Moreau.
If the provisions of this article, section,
subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this local law shall
be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order
or judgement shall not affect of invalidate the remainder of any article,
section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision or clause of this local
law.
This local law shall take effect immediately
upon filing in the Office of the New York State Secretary of State
in accordance with Section 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
