It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe,
swim or be in or upon the beach or beaches of the Incorporated Village
of Island Park between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Any person committing an offense against this
article shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine not exceeding
$250 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each
offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
