This chapter shall be known as the "Ordinance Prohibiting Off-Track
Betting Branch Facilities."
A.
No off-track betting branch facility or similar facility
and no location for such a facility within the Town of Brookfield shall be
approved by the legislative body of the Town of Brookfield so long as this
chapter is in effect.
B.
The provisions of this chapter shall become
effective on the 21st day following its adoption and publication as required
by law.
