No traveling circus or menagerie shall be allowed to exhibit within
the limits of the Town of Millsboro without first procuring from the Town
Council a license or privilege for such exhibition, and the fee to be charged
for such license or privilege shall be as set forth from time to time by the
Town Council, depending on the size and scope of the showing, said fee to
be charged for each and every day of the showing, but no license or privilege
shall be granted for the Lord's Day (Sunday).
