A.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:61-5, there
is hereby created the position of Risk Manager in and for the City
of Egg Harbor City.
B.
The Risk Manager shall be appointed by the Common
Council for a term of one year.
The Risk Manager shall be responsible for issues
relating to insurance and municipal excess insurance as directed by
the Common Council.
