There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor
City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position of
a Registered Public Purchasing Official.
The duties of the Registered Public Purchasing
Official shall be to perform purchasing agent functions for the City
of Egg Harbor City.
