There is hereby created in the City of Egg Harbor
City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position of
a Qualified Purchasing Agent.
The Qualified Purchasing Agent shall perform
the duties of a purchasing agent pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:11-2(30)
with the specific relevance to the authority, responsibility, and
accountability of the purchasing activity of the contracting unit.
