There is hereby created in Egg Harbor City,
County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey the position of Violations
Clerk.
Under the direction of the Municipal Court Administrator,
perform the following duties: filing, answer telephone, receive payments,
data ticket entry, prepare docket for court sessions, process bail,
set up courtroom, prepare transcripts, balance intake of monies at
end of day to match financial journal for deposits.
