The areas within the City of Egg Harbor City designated as public parks and subject to the provisions of Chapter 198, Article II,[1] will be open for the use and enjoyment of the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on all other days. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 198, Article II, it is to be expressly prohibited for any person to remain on or upon any area regulated thereunder between the hours of 11:00 p.m. beginning on Friday and Saturday evenings and extending until 6:00 a.m. on the following day, and between the hours 10:00 p.m. on all other nights and extending until 6:00 a.m. on the following day.
