A. 
Lake Pavilion and Lincoln Park Rentals. The Lake Pavilion and Lincoln Park facilities can be rented from the City of Egg Harbor City with the following conditions:
(1) 
Certificate of insurance, minimum coverage: $1,000,000.
(2) 
Supply of own port-a-potties and trash dumpsters if necessary: to be determined by Common Council.
(3) 
Police detail services if renting Lincoln Park: as deemed necessary by Common Council or Police Chief with a minimum of one officer or as recommended by Police Chief.
(4) 
Number of people and adequate parking to be determined by the Police Chief and approved by Common Council.
B. 
Cost of renting Lake Pavilion and Lincoln Park:
(1) 
Lake Pavilion. Current badge price set forth by ordinance.

Lincoln Park: $350 per day plus deposit of $150 for cleaning up.
(3) 
Lake-side Gazebo: $25 per event. Gazebo is booked through lake manager or tax collector. Daily wristband badge purchase at current badge price set forth by ordinance.

All deposit money will be refunded if area is cleaned up after use, and when keys and badges (if applicable) are returned.
