Anyone applying to the Code Enforcement Officer of the City of Egg Harbor
City for a building permit to erect any structure in the City of Egg Harbor
City shall be required to install curbs and sidewalks at said location. The
curbs and sidewalks shall be installed in accordance with the grades and specifications
as to construction and materials as previously adopted by the Mayor and Common
Council by resolution. No certificate of occupancy will be issued for said
structure until such approval is obtained from the Code Enforcement Officer
of the City of Egg Harbor City.
