GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusement games — See Ch. 65.
There is herewith authorized the issuance of
a license for the operating or conducting of a game of chance in the
Township of Egg Harbor on Sundays. The provisions as required by statute
shall be explicitly set forth on the license to be issued by the Township
Clerk.

The municipality shall be consistent with state
law as established by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission
regarding bingo and raffle licenses. However, no fee per license shall
be greater than a maximum of $300.

The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
delegated the authority to approve the granting of raffle and bingo
licenses to be held in the Township of Egg Harbor. The Municipal Clerk
shall report in writing to the Township Committee whenever a license
is issued.
