"WHEREAS, the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy Act, hereinafter the Act, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, require certain actions to be taken by the governing bodies of municipalities, hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Agency, when the owners of rental units convert the building or buildings, or mobile home park, from residential use to a condominium, cooperative, planned residential development or separable fee simple ownership of the dwelling unit or units; and
WHEREAS, it is the best interest of the Township of Egg Harbor to establish a fee schedule which will fully or partially cover the cost of discharging the responsibilities imposed by the Act upon the Administrative Agency.
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Egg Harbor, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, as follows:"
There is hereby established a fee of $5 for each dwelling unit, be it an apartment or mobile home, which is to be converted from a rental unit in accordance with the Act.[1] The fee is to be paid at the time of submission of the tenant lists, forms and stamped envelopes to the administrative agency by the owner.

There shall be an additional charge of $150 per hearing, to be paid by the owner, for every hearing required to be held by the administrative agency under any of the provisions of the Act or any regulations promulgated thereunder.
