No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage of any kind or description
or possess said alcoholic beverage in an open container or with the intent
to consume the same in any of the public parks, on any of the public sidewalks,
public streets, public parking lots, or those parking lots constructed by
business establishments or institutions for the convenience of their employees
and their customers, or the public, or while occupying a motor vehicle in
a public place or quasi-public place.

Violations of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-15 of this Code.
