No person shall operate a bicycle, moped, motorcycle, snowmobile, motor
vehicle or other conveyance in, on or over any sidewalk, footpath or pathway
within the limits of the Township of Mannington or upon any land not dedicated
as a public road or public right-of-way, unless the owner of such land has
given consent to such operation.

Violations of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-15 of this Code.
