Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9 the office of Purchasing Agent is hereby
created. Appointment to said office shall be made by the Township Committee
and the term of office shall be for one year terminating at the end of each
calendar year. The Purchasing Agent may also hold other Township offices.
The Purchasing Agent shall perform the duties set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9 and the duties specified for the Purchasing Authority in Chapter 105, Purchasing, of the Code of the Township of Mannington.
