Remote individual reading meters shall be installed
by the developer for all buildings containing two or more dwelling
units in order that water flow may be measured for each unit.
Prior to receiving preliminary site plan approval
from the board of jurisdiction, the developer shall obtain approval
of the type and location of individual metering for buildings containing
two or more dwelling units from the Plumbing Subcode Official and
shall consult with the Elizabethtown Water Company with respect thereto.
