A 9-1-1 service fee is hereby adopted and imposed
by the Council/Board of Trustees of the City of El Reno upon interconnected
voice over internet protocol (VoIP) telephony service customers whose
businesses or residences are located within the City limits of City
of El Reno, at the rate of $0.50 per month for each VoIP service user,
pursuant to 63 O.S. § 2851 et seq.
In addition, all VoIP carriers having customers
within the City of El Reno shall provide an annual census of customers
to the City no later than 60 days after the first day of each calendar
year.
