No person, firm, corporation, or other entity
shall climb upon, jump from or dive from any bridge located within
the Township of Athens.
Anyone who violates any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to fine of
not less than $100 or more than $300.
This article shall not apply to any persons
performing maintenance or repair work upon any bridge located within
Athens Township.
