The efficient management of personnel requires the establishment of
job descriptions for all employees of the organization.
The Borough Council, pursuant to the Borough Code, Sections 1005 and
1006, 53 P.S. §§ 46005 and 46006, may from time to time adopt,
by resolution of the Council, job descriptions for the several employees of
the borough, setting forth the duties and responsibilities for each position
and the qualifications for the position.
