A. 
Skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates and bicycles shall be regulated. No person shall operate or ride a skateboard or roller-skate or roller-blade or bicycle within the Borough of Shippensburg without complying with the terms of this chapter.
B. 
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TO ROLLER-SKATE
To skate on any type of roller skates or in-line skates.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use, ride, propel or otherwise operate a skateboard or to roller-skate or roller-blade or operate a bicycle on the public sidewalks of the following streets or highways within the Borough of Shippensburg:

Between Burd Street and Orange Street
Skateboards, roller skates and roller blades and bicycles shall not be operated on private property unless permission from the owner or person in control of the premises is obtained prior to such use.
Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300, plus cost of prosecution.
