[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of
the Village of Elm Grove 10-27-1956; amended in its entirety 12-11-2000. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to § 40.20, Wis. Stats.,
the Village of Elm Grove hereby elects to include eligible village
personnel under provisions of the Wisconsin Retirement Fund in accordance
with the terms thereof, as authorized by § 40.22, Wis. Stats.
