The provisions of the following sections of the Wisconsin Statutes are adopted and by reference made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein. A violation of any such provisions shall constitute a violation of this article.
A. 
Section 939.05, Aiding and abetting any of such listed offenses.
B. 
Section 939.32(1) and (3), Attempted theft.
C. 
Section 940.19(1), Battery.
D. 
Section 941.01(1), Negligent operation of vehicle off highway.
E. 
Section 941.23, Carrying a concealed weapon.
F. 
Section 943.01(1), Criminal damage of property up to $2,500.

Editor’s Note: Former Subsection V, regarding possession of a switchblade knife, added 3-27-2012, and which immediately followed this subsection, was repealed 4-25-2016.
No person shall, within the Village, in any public or private place, engage in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or other disorderly conduct which tends to cause or provoke an immediate disturbance of public order or tends to disturb or annoy any other person or persons.
A. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article or any rule or regulation made under this article shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-16 of this Code.

B. 
In cases where § 943.24 or 943.50, Wis. Stats., is violated, the Municipal Judge may, in addition to any forfeiture, order the violator to pay as restitution to the victim an amount equal to the pecuniary loss caused by the offense.
