It shall be unlawful for any person to commit
any of the following acts in any school-owned or -rented building
or on school grounds, contrary to a prohibition duly adopted and posted
by the Elmbrook School Board:

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article or any rule or regulation made under this article shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-16 of this Code.
