No trailer or vehicle susceptible to use for human residence or habitation,
including but not limited to motor homes, trailers, campers, recreation vehicles
or boats, shall be permitted to be set up, parked or used for human residence,
habitation or for any purpose other than for storage.
No person not a resident of the village or guest of a resident of the
village shall be permitted to camp overnight in the village.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-16 of this Code.
