Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-16 of this Code. In addition, the remedies provided by Sections 236.30, 236.31 and 236.335 of the Wisconsin Statutes shall be available to the village.
